Saint John Parish has been selected to participate in National Study!

Catholic_Leadership_InstituteSt. John has been selected to participate in a national study of vibrant parishes conducted by the Catholic Leadership Institute! Please help us participate by completing a 10-15 minute survey online. The survey will  ask you to reflect on your own spiritual growth and enable you to provide feedback on what efforts the parish is doing to help you grow.  All responses will be confidential and the parish will only receive information about the community as whole.

The survey will only be available from the week of January 18 through Ash Wednesday, February 10. We will email a link to the survey during the week of January 18th.  The link will also be available on our website. If you do not have the ability to complete an online survey, paper copies will also be available.

Thank you for helping with this important project!

Christmas Collection for the Clergy Retirement Trust

Retired_PriestsEvery Christmas, Catholics across the Archdiocese of Boston join together to honor and thank our priests. Your gift to the Clergy Health and Retirement Trust helps to ensure an appropriate level of care and quality of life for our 614 active and senior priests. Please remember priests such as Fr. Tom Powers, Fr. John Connelly and Msgr. Joseph Lind who have made a meaningful difference in your life, and consider honoring him/them with a generous gift to the Christmas collection. Our priests are there for us in times of need. Now it is our turn to care for them when they need us. All are welcome to make a gift online at www.clergyfunds.org or use the in-pew envelopes that will be provided, or simply text the word PRIEST to 56512 (message & data rates may apply).  Thank you in advance for your prayers and generous support of our priests.
